Yes, intentionally — emails are a lookup key against your HubSpot contacts and the sync would break with encryption-at-rest. We store the SHA-256 hash alongside for analytics joins. HubSpot OAuth tokens, on the other hand, are AES-256-GCM encrypted at the column level on top of Supabase's storage-layer encryption. See the Privacy Policy.
